1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Antiquité Zamani website. By accessing the site and clicking "I agree", you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Access conditions — Age requirement

⚠️ Access to the catalogue and any purchase are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with Belgian law of 8 June 2006. Sale to a minor constitutes a criminal offence.

By accessing the site, you certify that you:

Are 18 years of age or older;
Are not acting on behalf of a minor;
Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
Will use this site solely for collecting, historical study or museum conservation purposes.

3. Use of the catalogue

The catalogue is a presentation tool for unique objects. Any order or reservation is made through direct contact (email or phone). No automated financial transactions are carried out via the site.

4. Buyer's ethical commitment

Not to use the acquired objects in ways contrary to Belgian or European law;
Not to display or disseminate these objects to glorify totalitarian regimes;
To respect the historical and heritage character of the acquired pieces;
To declare historical firearms to the competent authorities where required by the law of 8 June 2006.

5. Regulated objects

Edged weapons: Free sale in Belgium, reserved for persons aged 18+;
Historical firearms: Free sale for collection purposes, pursuant to Royal Decree of 20 September 1991;
Deactivated weapons: Subject to mandatory declaration;
Ammunition: Not sold by Antiquité Zamani.

6. Sales conditions

All prices are in euros, including VAT where applicable;
Each object is unique — all sales are final;
Shipping costs are agreed at the time of purchase;
Payment is made according to terms agreed with the seller;
Antiquité Zamani reserves the right to refuse any order without having to justify the decision.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolution first. Belgian law applies. Consumer mediation: mediationconsommateur.be.
